Some statements about Hollow Knight: Silksong

Now, I know I'm a small Galactic Hub news blogger, but I believe every gaming blog has to say this. Silksong, a title years upon years in the making, has come out, at the time of writing, 1 hour and 48 minutes ago. I got home very recently, so I haven't had a chance to play it yet, it is downloading as I write, I assume somewhere around halfway or a bit past (Yes I know it's small, for some reason Ethernet doesn't work for me, so it's slow), and I will likely post again once I've had a chance to play it, but for now, just a few things about my pre-release exper
ience.
The day I heard it was on PC Gamepass, I was even more excited. Then that excitement died. I decided that I was going to buy it and support the developers, and then, post that decision, I got even more excited than before. Now, I only started playing Hollow Knight this year, but even so, I believe I'm just as excited for Silksong as many other veteran fans, and I think it will be game of the year 2025, from what I've heard and gameplay I've seen, even if it's cutting it quite close. Team Cherry did a great job with Hollow Knight, now with 8 years of updates and experiences, I can't wait to see what they did with Silksong. As the saying goes, "THE SILKSONG IS REAL!"
Now, onto what I've heard about the story. Not much. But here is a summary: Hornet (Your character's half-sister) has been transported to an unfamiliar new kingdom, and I think she has to find her way home? Either way, fighting Hornet in Hollow Knight was one of the greatest boss fights of my life, and I can't wait to be on the other end of that fight.
And what this means for The Shellwood Ordeal, or "Project Hallowspeak".
If you don't know what this is, it is a group (which I am a proud inactive member of) who are trying to create a conlang (Constructed Language) using only the dialogue in Hollow Knight. For a short answer, this means a lot, but for a longer answer: They've been working on Hallowspeak dialects. Assuming that the bugs of this kingdom speak an entirely different language, or even just a dialect, this is huge. an entire dictionary will be constructed, and the roleplay possibilites are immense. If you're wondering how the dialects originally worked, it turns out different types of bugs (e.g. Mantis) speak different dialects of Hallowspeak, and along with Hallowspeak, there are two other conlangs (Silksong will definitely add many more), Arachnid and Bee, but I don't know much about them, so I'm going to leave The Shellwood Ordeal at that, along with this post.
